Deleting your SewConnect account

SewConnect is a private app for two people. You can delete your account and its data at any time, yourself, without asking us.

How to delete your account

Open SewConnect and sign in.
Go to the You tab.
Scroll to Your data and choose Delete my account.
Enter your password to confirm.

Deletion happens immediately. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it.

What is deleted straight away

Your account and username. The username becomes available to others again.
Every message between you and your partner, in both directions.
Your entire cycle history — period dates, flow, symptoms and any notes.
Your push notification registrations, so notifications stop.
Your sign-in sessions on every device.
Your entries in the shared pet's diary.

What is kept, and for how long

Your shared pet and home stay with your partner for 30 days, then are deleted automatically if you do not reconnect. They hold no personal information about you once your diary entries are removed — a pet's name and colour are something the two of you made, not a record about a person.
Encrypted backups are kept for up to 3 days. Copies of your data may survive in them briefly before they expire and are overwritten. This is a routine safeguard against data loss, not a separate archive.

If you cannot sign in

If you have lost access to your account and still want it deleted, email admin@resonateapp.online from an address you can prove is yours, or tell us the username. We will confirm before deleting anything, and we will act within 30 days.

If you are not safe. If someone else has access to your account or your phone, deleting your account will notify your partner that you have done so. If that would put you at risk, consider changing your password first, or contact us at the address above and say so.

Just want your data?

The You tab also has Download my data, which gives you everything we hold about you as a single file. You do not have to delete your account to get it.

Ortak evcil hayvanın günlüğündeki kayıtların.

Saklananlar ve ne kadar süreyle

Ortak evcil hayvanınız ve eviniz partnerinde 30 gün kalır, sonra otomatik olarak silinir. Günlük kayıtların kaldırıldıktan sonra bunlar hakkında kişisel bilgi içermez — bir evcil hayvanın adı ve rengi ikinizin birlikte yaptığı bir şeydir, bir kişi hakkında kayıt değil.
Şifreli yedekler en fazla 3 gün tutulur. Verilerinin kopyaları süresi dolup üzerine yazılana kadar kısa bir süre orada kalabilir. Bu, veri kaybına karşı rutin bir önlemdir; ayrı bir arşiv değil.

Giriş yapamıyorsan

Hesabına erişimini kaybettiysen ve yine de silinmesini istiyorsan, sana ait olduğunu kanıtlayabileceğin bir adresten admin@resonateapp.online adresine yaz ya da kullanıcı adını bildir. Bir şeyi silmeden önce onaylarız ve 30 gün içinde işleme alırız.

Güvende değilsen. Hesabına ya da telefonuna başka biri erişebiliyorsa, hesabını silmen partnerine bildirilir. Bu seni riske atacaksa, önce şifreni değiştirmeyi düşün ya da yukarıdaki adresten bize durumu yazarak ulaş.

Sen sekmesinde ayrıca Verilerimi indir seçeneği var; hakkında tuttuğumuz her şeyi tek bir dosya olarak verir. Bunun için hesabını silmen gerekmez.
